Inside Sales Representative

We are actively searching for a full-time Inside Sales Representative for our Commerce City, CO location.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Self-starter, self-motivated, detail oriented, multi-tasker, problem solver, independent and confident
  • Ability to learn and master technical knowledge of construction and environmental products and provide education to the client on their application
  • Proactive sales and be comfortable and efficient at prospecting for new clients and opportunities as well as growing existing accounts
  • Successful candidate will probe and evaluate product alternatives for clients as to provide the best value for each project. Must be comfortable working with numbers and utilizing basic sales skills including closing a sale and asking for the business
  • Research jobs for bid and provide detailed information to team on how to proceed
  • Required execution of quotes to customers including; researching products to bring technical solutions and value to the customer and sending them out in a timely manner
  • Determine and coordinate delivery of materials to ensure on time success to projects
  • Process customer orders, including creating the ticket/paperwork, ordering materials and scheduling deliveries to customers
  • Coordinate inventory management with the sales staff and the warehouse managers to ensure proper stocking levels and considering inbound lead times for all products Triton supplies. This would include tracking sales history of products, monitoring low stock, ordering materials and arranging delivery, working with sales staff to determine long term needs and adjust inventory levels accordingly
  • Support outside sales staff including gathering information, assist and provide pricing and product information provide estimates and product information to clients
