Office Administrator

Position Summary

We are actively searching for a full-time Office Administrator for our Commerce City, CO location, with possible relocation to our new Englewood, CO location that will open later this year.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Operating in QuickBooks
  • Responsible for verifying that transactions are recorded correctly
  • A/R support – Entering invoices, applying payments to appropriate accounts, reconciling customer accounts and handling customer inquiries
  • A/P support – Entering purchase orders, receiving, applying bills to receivers
  • Posting and reconciling of company credit cards
  • Maintain accounting files
  • Cultivate and maintain professional working relationships with teammates, customers and vendors
  • Closing of month end and yearly accounting cycles in conjunction with our CFO

Qualifications for the successful candidate include:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have significant proven experience with QuickBooks
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company
  • Understanding of accounts payable and receivable principles
  • Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task and problem solve
  • Possess excellent customer service, communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Must be able to successfully manage accounts and maintain inner office processes with the utmost level of quality
  • Possess excellent computer knowledge including but not limited to QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Must thrive and find enjoyment in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the construction and oil and gas industries, a plus
